Data we process

• To compose the print: the child’s first name and date of birth, the chosen colours. This data is used only to produce the print you order. Until you order, it stays in your browser.
• For the order: your e-mail address, your name, the delivery and billing addresses, a phone number (passed to the carrier), and any gift message. Payment is handled by Stripe; we neither see nor store your card number.
• For the guide to the 12 flowers: your e-mail address and chosen language, with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every e-mail.
• Audience statistics: see “Cookies and analytics”.

Recipients

• Stripe (payment); Gelato and its partner printers (printing and delivery of the framed print: name, date, delivery address); Brevo (confirmation e-mails and the guide); Netlify (hosting).
• We never sell or rent your data.

Retention

Order data is kept for 10 years (accounting obligations). Guide subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Audience statistics are kept for at most 26 months.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) and the Pinterest Tag (Pinterest Europe Ltd.) to measure traffic and the effectiveness of our posts. These tools set cookies. You can refuse them in your browser settings or through each provider’s opt-out: Google, Microsoft Clarity, Pinterest. The site also remembers, in your browser, your language and whether you have already seen the guide pop-up.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR, you can request access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to contact@flosnominis.com. You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the authority in your country.

Children

A child’s first name and date of birth are entered by the adult placing the order, under their responsibility, for the sole purpose of producing the print. We use them for nothing else.
