2. Products
Flos Nominis offers personalised botanical prints made from a first name and a date of birth, in three options:
- The framed print, ready to gift (€79): A3 print (29.7 × 42 cm) on 170 gsm matte paper, framed in pine wood, delivered with a card “The story of their flower”. The high-resolution digital file is included and available as soon as payment is made.
- The file to print (€29): high-resolution A3 PNG file, 300 dpi, delivered immediately as a download.
- The digital file (€19): PNG file, 1754 × 2480 px, delivered immediately as a download.
The preview shown before payment matches the final result. On-screen colours may differ slightly from the print depending on your screen.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros (EUR). For Switzerland, an indicative amount in Swiss francs is shown; payment is charged in euros and customs duties and import VAT are covered by Flos Nominis. Delivery in Europe is included in the price of the framed print. Payment is made by card through Stripe; the order is final once payment is confirmed.
4. Order and personalisation
You are responsible for the accuracy of the name and date entered: they are printed as typed. Check the preview before paying. A gift message can be added at checkout; it is passed on with the order.
5. Delivery
The framed print is made to order by a partner workshop in Europe, then shipped to the delivery address given at checkout, which may differ from the billing address. Indicative lead time: 7–10 business days after the order. Delivery countries: France, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, the Netherlands, Austria. Digital files are available immediately from the confirmation page and by e-mail.
6. “Moved or refunded” guarantee and right of withdrawal
Because the prints are personalised and the files delivered immediately, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Instead, Flos Nominis offers a contractual guarantee: if the print does not suit you, write to contact@flosnominis.com within 30 days of receipt (or download). You are refunded in full, without returning the print.
7. Damaged parcel or printing error
If the print arrives damaged or does not match the approved preview, send us a photo within 14 days of receipt: we reprint and reship at our expense, or refund you.

9. Applicable law
Swiss law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the buyer’s country of residence remain applicable. Courts of Geneva, subject to those rules.
